dc.description.abstract | Motivation and laboral compromise allow that employees performance increase, it is important to generate strategies that can consolidate both aspects in order to analyze the impact that is generated in the employees. In the same way it is studied the customer as an internal one of the organization and its influence in the results development and its impact in Latin Amercian; even if the investigations and studies of cases in Latin American are few, it is possible to show how is the individual positively affected when being involved with motivation and compromise. | |
