Abstract

In this project a business plan was designed for the creation of a thematic dessert shop in the city of Tunja with liquor-based products, with a view to internationalization, in which a market study was carried out in the city of Tunja and a financial analysis, which allowed to know the viability of the business plan. Likewise, a SCOR model was built, which allowed to analyze, represent and configure the management of the supply chain as a whole, and finally, a potential international market was identified through a country selection matrix. These tools show that the business idea of a thematic dessert shop in the city of Tunja is financially viable and attractive for a potential investor, and can also be accepted in the local market, creating solid foundations for future expansion to international markets.
