An adequate school climate within the classroom allows articulating a healthy coexistence with an optimal development of the students' learning process. From this perspective, this research is conceived, focusing on conflicts, tensions, external family and social factors that affect the coexistence of students in the pre-school grade at the Nueva Colombia school in Llorente Tumaco. In order to streamline this investigative process, we start from a first chapter, where the problem statement is included, describing the central problem, as well as its formulation, also presents the objectives, both general and specific, these being the purposes to achieve within the investigation. A second chapter is also presented, beginning with a frame of reference that begins with antecedents, to recognize studies related to the topic of the investigation, it continues with a conceptual framework in order to know concepts inherent to the problem; In order to recognize the regulations that regulate the school climate, a legal framework is presented, as well as the contextualization of the object of study is disclosed, to end this chapter, the theoretical supports are made, which allow recognizing the postulates in the which is supported by this research, then a third chapter is presented, which outlines the methodology which allows determining the research paradigm, to focus a methodological design, within these items it was pointed out about the techniques and instrument for collecting the information, determining for it a continuous field work.
Likewise, a fourth chapter is presented, assumed as analysis and interpretation of the information obtained through the techniques of information collection, this item originated the fifth chapter, in which the pedagogical proposal was presented, based on the findings found in the information gathering technique. This investigative process culminated in the conclusions, focused on giving answers to the specific objectives of the research and the objective of the pedagogical proposal.
