dc.description.abstract | Physical activity for health is important for the well-being of all people. Currently, the practice of Physical Activity is presented as a cultural asset that citizens demand, resulting in its orientation towards health being the main reason why it is carried out (Torre, 1998; García Montes, 1997). Today, the word health and adjectives derived from it such as healthy and wholesome, we can hear and read everywhere. These are words that are used daily and that, at the end of the century, have become very popular (Devís et al 1998). Therefore, our business idea will be the promotion of physical activity through personalized training, using functional training or technical training and improvement that the client wants and according to the sport that they handle or practice. Functional training (Casimiro, 1999) is a novel, fun and different tool that the client can experience an unconventional way of exercising and training, regardless of the objective, since functional training aims to improve daily activities of each person and which can be adapted as a means of training, in addition functional training is a trend that develops different skills and physical capacities of people, being an ideal activity for our business idea. | |
