Resumen
In this work the mixtures of substrates with the best productions for biomethane and biohydrogen were determined through an experimental Behnken box design, using pig manure, coffee mucilage and cocoa. Subsequently, the volume conditions of each mixture were determined by varying the CS substrate concentration, the M: C cocoa mucilage ratio and the C / N (Carbon / Nitrogen) ratio. The assemblies were carried out in a thermostatted bath with a temperature controller and a resistance to maintain the temperature of the process at 35 ° C. 15 trials were carried out in triplicate for each of the digestion processes, with respect to the highest production obtained in the experimental design, a volume of 1109,7 mL of CH4 was presented for M3 (CS: 8, M:C: 3 and C/N: 35) in the anaerobic digestion process and a production of 418 mL of H2 for mixture M10 (CS: 8, M:C: 2 and C/N: 25) in the dark fermentation process. These results allow to establish the mixing conditions for the process and obtain a favorable production allowing the biorefinery processes to be as efficient as possible.
