dc.description.abstract | Each territory has countless cultural characteristics that force us to think and
rethink the role of national programs that are implemented in different
regions of the same country. Territories and their cultures cannot be viewed in blank and
black, it is necessary to be able to read the gray tones that make them up and make them particular;
the better the realities and their contexts are read, the better initiatives can be proposed
that respond to a social transformation and effective communication proposals and
relevant. This participatory observation ethnographic research approaches the
cultural characteristics that influence the construction of school contexts and
ende in the educational processes of two educational institutions: Camino de Paz en el
Villa Liliam neighborhood of Comuna 8 in Medellín, and Benkos Bioho in San Basilio de Palenque,
Bolivar; where Félix and Susana are implemented, a healthy education program
coexistence led by the SURA Foundation.
The results of this investigation set off alarms about the state of neglect in
the one that children grow up in the country, and becomes analytical material to propose
better educational and communication strategies. The challenge, with a view to generating
value towards change and development lies in knowing how to interpret realities and choose
adequate means for the communicative purpose. | |
