        Resumen
        This research project, developed under the methodological parameters and the conduct of the active line of research "School Religious Education" of the University Santo Tomas. At first, the problem was identified to investigate, consisting of identifying the contribution that Alterity makes since Emmanuel Lévinas. Seen as a universal and humanist look of recognition by the other, to the development of the School Religious Education, the benchmark of the cyberbullying problem, including as the misused of the new technologies, in some eleventh graders of Elisa Borrero de Pastrana School, institution of the educational system of the social welfare of the National Police. These as subjects and context of the investigation, about the status of the question presents an analysis of ten investigations, on the themes of otherness, school religious education and cyberbullying, with a view to clarify concepts and proposals from several lines of research. Within this research, methodological parameters were set, such as the qualitative paradigm, epistemological perspective in hermeneutic analysis, narrative methods, collection technique, bibliographic accounts and the use of individual oral account instruments, there were three theoretical aspects, such as Alterity, the development of the School Religious Education and the problem of Cyberbullying. The conclusions reached: The Alterity from Lévinas, as a look for the "Other" has a great contribution to School Religious Education as an area of Knowledge, and in particular facing problems such as cyberbullying that affect the tranquility and healthy coexistence of children, girls and adolescents. The educational community context and subjects of this research have been affected by this scourge and it is evident the existence of events where the misused of communication is presented, such as the cyberbullying and Sexting among students. The School Religious Education must lead me to recognize "My interlocutor", to understand that this is another, an "Other" like "I", with affections, dreams and ailments, a human being, who feels, lives, loves, laughs and can come to face a deep state of depression, or any other type of injury, because of my contempt, and my lack of recognition.
