Resumen
The improvement of educational processes by teachers has become a significant challenge that confronts the training of teachers and the knowledge of the contexts in which educational institutions are located, generating anxiety in some cases; on the other hand, there is a lack of systematization of the experiences lived in the classroom.
The following research work seeks to improve learning in the resolution of mathematical problems of addition and subtraction, starting from the question: How can we increase learning in the resolution of addition and subtraction problems through playfulness as a didactic strategy in students of grade 3º01 of the basic primary school of the main educational institution Samuel Arrieta Molina of the village of Mandinguilla Cesar? Through the identification of key words following Polya's proposal, promoting educational innovation and pedagogical reflection.
A search of similar national and international research is carried out to support at a theoretical level the design process and approach, as far as method and methodology are concerned, framed within a qualitative methodology immersed in a hermeneutic approach, with a descriptive level of deepening through action research participation "IAP", following a methodological route through a didactic sequence "adding up
subtracting difficulties" that favors motivation and helps to promote self-learning.
It was successfully implemented in the educational institution through the management of physical (computers) and logical (Internet) resources using a tool for the creation of digital content that allows incorporating playful elements within an attractive design for students, yielding good results reflected in the conclusions and recommendations of the research project.
