Abstract

This text has the exposition about a thesis that in the contex of the Colombian law has a purpose give a solution of a common problem and mutual failure of trading promise, to which arrival, after the analysis of different jurisprudential and doctrinal interpretations consulted about legal notions of the resolution for breach of bilateral contracts, the exception of unfulfilled contracts, the common dissent, as the form and the bilaterally of contracts, the delay and the retardation in the contractual obligations fulfillment.
