Resumen
The production of biofertilizer made from banana palm leachate is an alternative of green production for the agricultural field with the ability to grant different important minerals for the crop growth, by circular production mechanics taking advantage of organic waste to create new products to help the development of the economy of the farmers. Fertilixton, is a matured sub product easy to apply, giving large benefit to the soil avoiding the saturate agrochemicals and supplying the needs of nutrients like N, P, K, Ca, Mg, and Zn, to the soil regardless of the type of crop or climate in the application area (Luna, Melo, Handal, Pérez, & Rodriguez, 2005). For this reason, a prototype of the Biofertilizer Fertilixton is designed to execute a business plan, to ensure the production and sale of the product, to achieve this, three phases are taken into account. referred to as Phase I. Technical study, (the productive chain will be defined and production will be identified under the circular economy model, in this case a decomposition of the organic matter of banana palm will be carried out in a controlled environment and review of the matter adequate premium to ensure product quality and consistency); Phase II. Market study, carrying out a survey of interest to the target population of the product, considering their observations and demands regarding the costs of the product, and the interests of the farmers in the city of Villavicencio where the product is purchased (Find the potential demand); Phase III. Normative and organizational study, (oriented to the context of the Fertilixtón biofertilizer production company) and finally, Phase IV. Economic study, to determine the financial viability of the project based on the projections of production and marketing of the product. The analyzes carried out on the product show large amounts of beneficial absorbable potassium for local crops, which is perceived positively by the farmer's union, presenting itself as a successful product in the market, however, adequate management and administrative planning are required for the cost control and project management to maintain the company in the long term.
