Resumen
Through the Degree Project carried out at the Fundación Amigos del Teatro Mayor, a global strategic diagnosis of the internal and external variables is carried out, in order to identify the problems that affect the operation of the different areas of the company. In the diagnosis, the tool (MMGO) Modernization Model for Organization Management (2005) is applied, in order to obtain information efficiently and in detail, which allows identifying the shortcomings that affect the operation in the area of Strategic Relationship and Social Innovation Directorate, which is why it is proposed that they guarantee the proper functioning of the organization through the proposed strategies.
The Fundación Amigos del Teatro Mayor, is an organization dedicated to the realization of cultural events in the city of Bogotá, in which there are various presentations for all types of audiences. Its programming generally includes artists of international stature in order to capture a greater influx of public generating greater impression and recognition at the national and international level.
The Teatro Mayor focuses on integrating all types of public and for this it manages different rates in the sale of ticket office, in order that the access is balanced and equitable with the different social conditions of the clients, additionally, it is interested in training To this end, it implemented the One Hundred Thousand Children to the Mayor program with the aim of bringing children from district schools to the Theater and giving them the opportunity to learn about culture.
