Abstract

This research aims to identify and propose strategies for SMEs to enter the Colombian market through the second market and to access funding at lower costs and longer terms. The construction of this strategies have been based on the review from secondary sources of current mechanisms for SME financing in the country. After of that have been studied the model of the second market in Colombia and it regulations and finding it the interest of the national government market deepening why have relaxed the requirements of the main market for the second market benefit allows the growth and development of country with economic growth.
