Problemas sociales y económicos que ocasiona el dumping social en la industria textil colombiana

Abstract

The research work has been dedicated to identifying and relating the main elements of social dumping in the textile industry to determine the effect that its application has had in the Colombian textile industry, starting from the evolutionary history that the textile industry has lived since the 15th century. The study is mainly qualitative, descriptive in scope, and uses exploratory and explanatory approaches.

To develop this study and based on the theoretical framework, documents, documentaries and pages of supranational entities were reviewed where the development of social dumping in the textile industry and the serious consequences that its practice entails, which allowed us to determine the effect it has caused in the textile industry from Colombia and make recommendations through which this practice could be combated.

Finally, some recommendations are made based on the advice of experts in the field or supranational organizations that seek to combat social dumping or its consequences, all to give the reader an idea about the habits they can take to overcome this difficult reality.
