Abstract

During the development of the practice in the New Business area, activities related to sales, discounts, returns, quotes, settlements, among others, were developed. These activities were interrupted by the constant request for information by the area's executives, which delayed the reports submitted by both parties since they did not have immediate access to the information.

In order to improve the effective circulation of information, making it more dynamic visually and easy to analyze and understand for subsequent decision making, the sales bases that are managed in the channel will be consolidated in a shared folder in the company's OneDrive. In this folder there will be Excel files of the downloaded bases so that the executives of the channel can access the information quickly at any time. In addition, in these Excel files a Dashboard will be created by base that will allow the visualization of the information in a more dynamic way for a much faster analysis, which generates that the information is adapted to the needs of each executive. All this so that through this folder the errors in the information downloaded and presented in committees are reduced.

In this area we manage different sub-channels, the physical stores, the electronic store and the exports that Ramo currently makes to different countries. This is why this is one of the areas that moves more information daily regarding sales, discounts, returns, etc. This information is very important for the planning, decision making and execution of these by the whole team.
