| dc.description.abstract | The strategic and prospective direction of the "Financiera FC" sports club was carried out, based on the model of Francisco José Mojica, which consisted of making an analytical and critical review of the different aspects of the company to really know how it is and thus, to be able to define strategic variables along with his ideal scenario. This project has contributed significantly to the identification of weaknesses and critical points presented by the "Financiera FC" sports club contributing to the continuous improvement and the achievement of corporate and institutional objectives. | |
