The work of degree that is proposed to achieve a process of knowledge exchange and strengthening among teachers, auxiliary mothers and indigenous children of the Center for Child Development For the love of children in the municipality of Chinú, in the department of Córdoba, strengthening all the actors of the research, since there is a dialogical and participative relationship and reciprocal exchange of ideas that will help them to be better trainers and train future children proud of our country, all through the implementation of educational and pedagogical solution alternatives such as it is the application of fun in each of the activities to be carried out with the children, which seeks that the infants obtain better training and educational guidance from the indigenous auxiliaries and leave the traditional education and become classes of innovation and strengthening of learning.
Document that is carried out in order to specify what are the deficiencies that appear in the attention and learning in the children that attend that were of study of the investigative process, likewise to establish how the educational training of the indigenous auxiliaries has been who work in the program For love of children, in the same way develop training for indigenous auxiliaries in the adequate attention to children and implement strategies that can help auxiliary to strengthen learning processes of infants.
