Abstract

Rock 'n' Jazz-café will be characterized not only by its good service, but also by the creativity of its dishes, the skill and ability of the barismo. Therefore, from the moment the client enters, he/she will have a QUALITY service. Rock 'n'Jazz-Café, will be determined in the implementation of continuous improvement, where processes, planning and structure will be determined.
