Abstract

In this analysis, the different attributable concepts of withholding at the source, the use in general and the method of withholding at the source on labor payments according to Art. 385 ET, procedure, are defined and applied, for which practical cases based on in day to day situations in the development of my profession, as well as a base of methodological beginning and development of the same for the applicable legal execution, clarifying the points in which the established norm for each procedure carried out in the result emphasizes.
