One of the great purposes of physical education is the preservation and maintenance of health, it must be applied not only in school but in all areas - work, recreation, sports and daily living. Unfortunately, it is belittled for more media goals at school such as sports competition, the so-called discipline rules (formations), or for classes without a planned pedagogical structure. Despite the fact that physical education is established as a compulsory area in the basic and secondary academic programs according to law 115 (education law) and law 181 (law of physical education, recreation, sports and recreation) In schools, the creation of healthy habits and the prevention of chronic non-communicable diseases (NCDs) is not done objectively. On the other hand, physical education programs: professional in sports science; physical education; Recreation, and other nominations given to this area are scarce in terms of hygiene and health. As for the health maintenance and prevention programs for CNCDs, these are especially based on the anatomical knowledge of the body and its physiology in physical activity in a superficial way, and although health promotion is carried out, part of the prevention remains poor. As it could be seen in the particular case of the program of the Paraíso de Manuela Beltrán school, Parish Church of La Salle, Parish Church of Our Lady of the Rosary. These data were obtained from their physical education teachers.
