This is an improvement plan that is focusing on how the delay in delivery times of financial products to new customers, which is currently taking between 1 to 5 months for the user to make use of the product, has affected the direct area of TMK Open to which I belong and this has led to a greater effort and low optimization in direct sales and also that there is a loss of customers monthly 60%, where the advisers must increase the operational burden, to ensure compliance with the metrics set by the bank. The above has harmed the bank due to several factors that we will determine in the development of this improvement plan, and the intention is that in the future the bank can re-evaluate investing in its own delivery area, which is directly linked to customer loyalty and which ensures increased profitability for Scotiabank Colpatria.
In this improvement plan, we have the following objectives, which are To identify which are the main problems that have been evidenced in the time passed of the practice and to make the approach of one so that, with the professional practice, an analysis is developed in the approach of strategies that improve the profitability and efficiency of the areas of sales and service to the client. Finally, concluding the viability and the challenges that the bank would face when developing what has been proposed.
