Resumen
The Pirgua Partial Plan, located in the city of Tunja, department of Boyacá, in the eastern sector of the San Luis neighborhood, develops the management of the blocks that are the object of the Partial Plan, based on the delimitation and proposal of management units and a special management area, through building projects developed in height, complemented with commercial and service premises, equipment and public spaces necessary to attend this development.
The Partial Plan is established in the Pirgua Village, in accordance with the guidelines of the Tunja Land Use Plan, through which the development treatment was determined for this sector of the city, allowing it to generate new developments with greater uses. Likewise, it has wanted to take advantage of the enormous locational advantages that this sector of the northern edge of the city has, since it is very close to an important development project for the region, such as the new passenger land transport terminal, presenting thus, a great boost to the development of the sector, which requires appropriate intervention to avoid negative aspects derived from the same dynamics, problems that need to be addressed immediately.
