Resumen
Havana agreements, especially the point relating to victims, incorporated a gender perspective, given the fact that armed conflicts do not affect men and women equally. From World War II, to more recent conflicts, such as those in the Congo, Rwanda, the Balkans and the Colombian conflict itself, it has become clear that war affects the genders differentially. In the framework of the call for a plebiscite, between August and October 2016, to endorse the Havana agreements between the government and the FARC, certain political and religious sectors installed a debate around the presence of the so-called “ideology gender "in the texts of the agreements, when what was stated in them was a" differential approach ", aimed at recognizing and discriminating the experience of the conflict and the condition of victim of women, compared to men. The research addressed the way in which citizens established a difference between what was stated in the agreements and what was disseminated by the opposition sectors (mostly conservative) to the agreements
