dc.description.abstractThis improvement plan is mainly carried out in one of the operation services of the company DSV SOLUTIONS S.A.S, where it consists of offering logistic solutions in the invoicing area having as functions: control and follow up of the services performed by the company in the customs scenario, invoicing of these services, in addition to the follow-up and compliance of the KPI with the clients. Throughout the writing, the current situation of the company is described taking into account the strategies adopted during the contingency of Covid-19 evidencing the points to improve within the process in the supply chain in terms of process times involving different areas, as well as an improvement plan that was taken as an instructive manual based on those points; as well as in the objectives established efficiently for the fulfillment of the KPI, which reflects the commitment of continuous improvement with the customer and the internal operation.
