dc.description.abstractWith this project, the company's sales process is improved, guiding it along the path of automating these and, in addition, modernizing the part of the sales planning system. That said, we can say that it is one of the strategies where the company can differentiate itself from its competitors and achieve a privileged place in the market. This was evidenced in the aforementioned sales process since the shortcomings that this process has is the crossing of information or more exactly the duplicity of orders by its sellers. Therefore, by implementing the software, the company will solve the duality of orders, in order to give an optimal follow-up to each of the sales.
