Resumen
This document has been developed as a product of the ACADEMIC MISSION degree option within the framework of the INNOVATION course taught by the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain, in agreement with the Santo Tomás University. For the development of this business proposal, different tools were used
of meta-planning all related to each other to apply correctly and obtain an innovation challenge, which is the purpose of this study. In the first place, an analysis of demands was carried out at the national level (Colombia) and of course taking into account what happens at the world level, making use of the "Pentagon of drivers and Demands of Innovation", obtaining as a result a specific approach to carry out this study and classify potential clients. Afterwards, a classification of the clients was carried out with MCC (Classification Matrix of
Clients (Figure 3)), in which, taking into account the defined variables, the clients were located and the potential client was selected, which was known in detail with the map of
empathy.
With the development of the aforementioned, the experience map was used to know what the client experiences when having a direct relationship with us and
know the expectations in each of the processes to be carried out. The customer's expectations were classified with the KANO diagram, obtaining a list of them which allowed
focus and define the innovation challenge, which was taken to the business model Canvas where a more detailed study was carried out taking into account everything already done to define what
activities will be carried out, the partners that will be available and the total costs of the model, which are not more important than the above, but will define the viability of the model for the application
of the proposal.
