The development of the TPI - High Impact Entrepreneurship on "The feasibility study for the
formation of a company in the city of Bogota, dedicated to the production of bioplastics based on
corn starch, fruits and vegetables, as an input for the production of biodegradable packaging" will
be carried out in four general scenarios, which in turn break down specific issues, these are:
analysis of the environment (macro and micro), marketing study, technical and operational study,
organizational and legal study, strategic development, formulation and financial evaluation.
The above in order to determine the feasibility of executing this undertaking, considering the
possible variations that may occur according to each of the scenarios executed, it is also to take
into account that in the city of Bogota there are not a large number of companies dedicated to the
production and marketing of the intermediate product, i.e. bioplastic, which would demonstrate
the added value of this project, in addition to the need to generate partnerships with the rural
population to make use of the discarded raw materials, not available for sale.
