Interactions and socio-affectivity are connected in a dialectical relationship, which allows individuals to respond to the reality that is presented to them, that is, it challenges the edifying structure of their context, which in turn is built by the intersubjectivity of the subjects. In this sense, it can be affirmed that contemporary society can also be understood from an emotional perspective. Thus, the present research aims to analyze the effects of confinement due to Covid-19 in the interactions and socio-affective needs of 4th and 5th-grade students of the Estanislao Zuleta School, an institution and actors that have been permeated by the dynamics of the social and economic vulnerability of the UPZ Alfonso López, located in the town of Use. Therefore, from the comprehensive-hermeneutic epistemological perspective and with the help of the mixed methodological approach, which includes qualitative and quantitative information gathering techniques; Allusion will be made to the dynamics of the objective reality that occurred in this health and social emergency situation, in addition to its interference in the subjective reality of the children and their families. Therefore, the conceptions of childhood, upbringing guidelines, sociological theories on primary and secondary socialization, the sociology of emotions and interactions in the social construction of reality are taken as a point of reference.
