Resumen
The quality in the public sector and especially in the health sector has revealed its importance in recent years with the aim of reducing the negative secondary consequences to the provision of these services, in the same way the Colombian state has proposed a system of guarantee of the quality for this sector, but it has also proposed a model focused on quality for public sector entities in parallel, so the integration of these two regulations should be the main purpose of public entities in the health sector, but also how to manage the knowledge and information for its proper use.
To achieve this, a systematic review of the issue of quality in health and public administration and knowledge management in Colombia and Latin American countries must be done, in order to contextualize the issue, it is evidenced that there are no similar regulations coexisting in other Latin American countries. In the case of knowledge management, the interest of several countries in transmitting, propagating or conserving their knowledge stands out.
