dc.description.abstractThe results of the development of this project demonstrate a good profitability that could be generated from the implementation of the same during the first five years. There are few entrepreneurs in the region who have opted for a type of business similar to the one that has been proposed in this work. Perhaps, this is due to the profitability of this kind of business but, it is believed that mostly the care that these activities require. Innovations are essential in today's competitive world. The company ISAKEL presents a new kind of service focused on offering the client the possibility of permanently guiding the actions of the event, thus avoiding setbacks and conflicts of all kinds. The client hires, directs and enjoys his celebration. In addition, the innovation also consists of guaranteeing the clients the integrality of the event, that is, everything necessary is contracted without there being pressures afterwards to find who will carry out part of the event. In carrying out this work, the challenge of structuring a company capable of satisfying that need to have a support group for the materialization of an event as important as marriage is evident. That is the will of the entrepreneurs: to become the outstretched hand, the advisory brain, and the unwavering strength of those who hire the services of this company. Although the figures initially show that this business has attractive liquidity and profitability, which makes it feasible, it is advisable to activate contact means, such as telephony and the Internet, to inquire about the real interest of potential customers, and their desire to hire the prices estimated by the company.
