The sense of the project is related to the recovery of the productive traditions of the municipality and even improvement of the welfare of the communities; since through the market place and the public space as cultural conservation the agricultural sector is reactivated and the improvement of different social, economic and environmental aspects of the municipality is promoted, such as its river and hills, since what the project is looking for is to create a green route to generate a connection between facilities and natural systems such as the dirty river to meet the needs of public space, the market square and the park are conceived as a unit and their visuals are directed towards the natural elements of the municipality, in the park takes into account its pre-existing and shortages and an atrium is created in front of the church due to its importance and spaces for recreation and integration such as a playground, areas of stays and areas for temporary agricultural positions.
