Abstract

Professional internships are important for the Santo Tomás University because it allows the student to be prepared to meet the needs of commerce and industry more effectively, as well as allowing students to obtain the skills, and knowledge acquired at the University, to transform the theory in real-life practical situations connecting and experienced a professional network. As a result, this internship report emphasizes the work experience that he gathered as a Training and Training intern at Banco Colpatria Multibanca of the scotiabank group, specifying all the processes that must be managed in the business organization.
