Abstract

Giving beginning, considering the following question, why is it important to systematize the processes in an entity of the state?, analyzing 21st century age, which technology forms part of each one of us and it has come to remain in a globalized world and constant transformation, the society has focused in the acquisition of information across technological means, evaluating the negative and positive articles of each one of the decisions taking daily, originating different changes that have been achieved in our community, departing the fact from each of the people wants to contribute and making part of knowledge society, this article talk about the importance of systematizing the processes; as the companies of the productive sector, the state companies also must take part of the processes of transformation and evolution against a world in constant change, for such a reason, it is essential incorporate the TIC on transacts and hereby acquire products to systematize the information and offer solution to needs of the users. This type of activities must affect the processes on a positive way, moving on a social improvement, across technological contributions, achieving the impulse and growth of our country.
