Abstract

In the following work you will be able to see a training plan focusing on the effectiveness of passes and shots on goal in the players of the Pan de Azúcar club, category sub 15 – youth, First, it focused on evaluating the capacities in which the players are from the beginning, this being the basis for taking into account the improvement of skills, among these: passing effectiveness and shooting effectiveness through a test where we will have the first measurement based on real quantified tests that help us to have the first as a basis data collection, on the other hand, the quantifications will be in Excel tables as soon as each month passes, the evaluation of the test will have to be carried out, observing the mentioned items, which will be taken into the periodization training plan tactic where the processes of the training components will always be aimed at improving the effectiveness and progression of the ball. A macro cycle will be carried out that includes the training phases for the improvement of the fundamentals and its evolution or purpose will be evaluated in each sporting event that the players have, the planning of each session will be given at the end of each training.
