Pasantía Contraloría General de Boyacá en la Dirección operativa de obras civiles y valoración de costos ambientales

Abstract

The present report covers everything related to the internship in the Office of the Comptroller General of Boyacá, an entity charged with overseeing the management of departmental and municipal administrations under the Constitution.

The activities that developed during the internship were the performance in terms of quality and opportunity of internal control in parameters of memory of amounts, costs, review, supervision, comparison, modification of unit prices recorded in public works contracts signed by entities subject to tax control, taking as a reference the Resolution 113 of August 22, 2016 and Resolution 019 of February 06, 2017 of fixing of unit prices of the Government of Boyacá. On the other hand, review contract information in the SECOP I application, and then contribute to the preparation of technical reports.

Consequently, 13 audits were supervised for the Municipality of Paya, 1 audit of the Institute for Physical Education Recreation and Sports of Duitama IERD, 7 audits of the Municipality of Rondón, 2 complaints from ESE Health Center of Santa Lucia located in the Municipality of Cucaita, and 3 complaints from the Municipality of Ráquira.

It concludes with an elaborated and sustained contribution to have a system of control of public works contracts entered into the Office of the Comptroller General of Boyacá.
