Resumen
The result of this work was the design of a teacher training strategy focused on the use of Technology of Information and Comunications (TIC) to support classroom practices at the Murca Rural Departmental Educational Institution of the municipality (I.E.R.D.) of Gachalá - Cundinamarca. Obtaining as main contribution, a series of TIC microlearning resources that were called Digital Information Capsules (CID) which are short-term resources designed in some technological tool and provide clear ideas on a particular topic, with simple information on understand and aimed at a particular audience, in this case they became a support material for the classes directed by the participating population, which was made up of 8 teachers from 1st to 5th grade of this educational institution, and it was they who They had the idea of designing and developing this set of capsules, among which stand out, resources on the educaplay educational platform, video tutorials, and powtoon presentations, to put into practice what they learned during the training received and strengthen their educational practices in an innovative way. This type of resources is framed within the micro-learning strategy, and according to Cajal (2020) elements such as: an organization of the data, reliable sources from where the information is obtained, a classification of the topics should be established. to be treated and an adequate diffusion according to the context.
The study is framed in a qualitative approach with a narrative design. Initial information was collected through a characterization of the educational establishment, SWOT matrix and some pedagogical reports to know the context, and then through systematization and semi-structured interviews, it was possible to know the experience of all teachers regarding the development of the training workshops, the adaptation of teaching sequences to the needs of the context, the design and application of the CID, as a support tool in the classroom.
The results of the information analysis indicated that in general teachers have a positive attitude towards the use of TIC as a pedagogical tool, they believe that it is an opportunity to improve and update their skills, they note that their students are more involved in their skills. classes when using these tools and that there are still difficulties for the implementation of TIC tools in the classroom due to the lack of infrastructure and / or equipment.
