Territorialización de la política pública LGBT Distrital en la localidad de Chapinero entre los años 2006 – 2013 

Abstract

This research seeks to analyze the theoretical components and the facts - from the institutional perspective - of the process of implementation of Public Policy for the full guarantee of the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people (PPLGBT) between 2006 and 2013 in Bogotá. The case is sent to the town of Chapinero because this area of ​​the city became a bastion for the implementation of territorialization strategies, which, based on the political will of some administrations, advanced on this path, which is still under construction. .
