Resumen
This work entitled Integral Plant For Fruit Trees Processing In Tierra Negra, is developed as an architectural urban project to strengthen the processing and commercialization of fruit trees produced in the Central and Marqués de Boyacá provinces, through optimal spaces for technical processes, of exploration and demonstration. The project is located in the Tierra Negra sector, Ventaquemada municipality, being a strategic point for the project.
Taking into account that Boyacá has an important agricultural production and in knowledge of the demands exposed in recent years in the agrarian stoppages, it is determined that the peasant producers have not been able to effectively enter the international market (FTA) due to ignorance and lack of support in the treatment of their productions to the standards required for their commercialization and distribution both inside and outside the country, thus incurring the loss of production given the care characteristics that these imply, and monetary losses for the producers.
That is why it is a project dedicated to the technical process of food quality and management, in addition to training and exploration implemented from experimental, demonstration, educational, industrial and mobilization spaces to encourage the commercialization of fruits produced in the region of Boyacá.
The project focuses on the process of receiving, quality review, treatment, transformation, packing, packing and transportation of the product. Managed under import standards, which allows farmers to market their product to any region of the country or outside of it. In addition, as a support approach, a line of training and exploration will be managed from interactive classrooms and
exploration fields that promote the development of improvements in technical processes; a demonstration line focused on spaces dedicated to the dynamic commercialization and exhibition of products and processes; a tourism line, which will promote the importance of the Boyacá region in the production of fruit trees, and a sustainable one focused on the use of renewable energies and natural areas such as greenhouses.
