dc.description.abstractThis work seeks to resolve the ethical-legal dilemma of informed consent, by carrying out a weighting in the medical assistance relationship; taking into account the importance of informed consent in medical practices in Colombia. At the same time the need seeks to highlight the importance of bioethics in the context of medical practices based on the ethical principles of the medical care relationship. For this reason, the question that will be developed in this work is How does informed consent, as a right, allow the study that derives an analysis that seeks equality between the rights of the patient and the duties of health professionals in Colombia?
