When designing and constructing the gas-fired tilting furnace for the casting of soft metals, bibliographic monitoring is carried out as a method of investigation of the work and background that have been developed on the subject, with the aim of broadening knowledge, generate new ideas and establish parameters that were useful for the design of the alternatives proposed, in order to choose the team with better features and greater advantages.
After the choice of the best alternative, the elements that are part of the team are dimensioned according to the design that was chosen, through the Inventor software the measurements are established and designed taking into account the reducer of the tilting system. After establishing the measurements, the most suitable materials for the foundry furnace are chosen, the structural analysis is carried out with the finite element method in the Ansys software, to see the behavior of the structure according to the weight established.
The construction of the device is made up taking into account the parameters, calculations and materials set out above, and the operation of the equipment is then evaluated and the operational aspects determined, It is important to look at the pre operational and the operating manual to perform an optimal casting process and without risk of an accident, it is mainly recommended to use the personal protection elements.
