Abstract

This research work has been considered with respect to a group of demobilized actors form the illegal armed groups, with whom it seeks to identify the main issues that go against Human Security and policy education. In order to achieve this aim, a qualitative research was planned, with ethnographic and hermeneutic nature, using techniques and instruments of data collection, based on semi-structured interviews and focus groups; Likewise, once the information is collected, it would be systematized and analyzed through “triangulation of information “, by using this method, it is expected to determine what are the main social problems affecting human security, with respect to demobilized actors groups, who operated against the law, and are located in Bogota
