Resumen
The development model, based on economic growth and capital accumulation, generates notorious social inequalities that become tangible in the framework of the relationship between capital and labor. The conflictive relationship between employers and workers has been addressed throughout history based on labor regulations that seek to protect the weakest party in this relationship: the worker. However, despite the progress made by workers in favor of their rights, in the nineties globalization appeared to affect these links again and generated by governments policies of labor flexibility that are based on the neoliberal consideration that professes that In the market, everyone is the same, forgetting that the workers, that is, the proletarian class is the weak part of this relationship, the apparent end of the governments when implementing labor flexibility is part of a search for business competitiveness to respond to the global market , going through a broad consideration of entrepreneurs, in order to achieve economic balance in their activity. Despite these regulations, historically it has been shown that labor flexibility policies do not generate employment, it is more that it has determined that despite labor flexibility, employers continue to perceive labor costs as a high burden that threatens the stability of their companies and therefore Therefore, they resort to disguised labor relations or seek contractual ties in which they do not comply with the minimum of workers' rights. In this context, corporate social responsibility has within its fundamental pillars a legal dimension that is established in the knowledge of the regulations that govern them and their compliance, particularly those of a labor nature, in such a way that micro and small Companies in their capacity as employers are obliged to know the labor regulations and apply them with their workers, through this study we seek to analyze the forms of labor hiring used by micro and small companies in Villavicencio and determine the level of knowledge of labor obligations, as well as their application to their workers, through a descriptive quantitative approach research, for which a universe of 36,656 small and micro companies is taken from the commercial register of the Villavicencio Chamber of Commerce, data with cut to December 31, 2019.
