Objetive: Analize how the abordinging health risk management program of chronic diseases non comunicable (NCDs) can influente the economic result in the health care of these people. Metodology: Start with the identification of the background, general definitions about NCD´s in an international level and in Colombia. Making a legislative recognition over the creation of the general system of social health security in Colombia and the current situation of the statutory law. The epistemologic information is compiled and reviewed in a ditale and investigative way about the NCD´s in Colombia, showing the morbility and mortality records, identifying the current situation, dividing by gender, age and population. The World Health Organization (WHO), has starting strategies to a world level, being successful. In the same models, structure process and metodologies, defining at the end a health risk management model for the NCD´s that integrate intramural and domiciliary. Conclusion: First of all, the importatcy of known that the older population generate an overcharge in the traditional form of health care that can create a disbalance in the health care system. Secondly, exist evidence about the positive economic impact that will cause the health risk management models improving the condicions of health in population, decreasing the overcharge. The Colombian´s regulations are emphasizing in the obligatory implementation of the components about health risk management as an answer of the epistemologics changes of the population and the evidence that the application in the country is too low.
