Abstract

The research presented investigates how the impact of the creation of a restrictive and protectionist instrument such as the black list influences the bilateral relations between China and Japan, taking into account that the creation of this list by the Japanese only seeks the limiting trade and the entry of Chinese companies to Japan, this generates a conflict of interest between both countries in addition to indirectly influencing effective leadership in the region, which results from the dynamic interaction between bilateral agreements and positive and negative. Therefore, the result of these interactions between both parties, added to the historical problems and tense political relations, is a failure in the steps of international cooperation by both actors. Within it, it is analyzed historically, economically, politically and commercially to give a succinct answer about the research problem presented.
