Resumen
The following research, focus its attention in the systematization exercise on duty of the
“Hermes” experience applied in two schools located at the south part of Bogota city, in
which, for agreement between the trade chamber of Bogota and the education secretariat of
the District this program was implemented as an strategy for the resolution of school conflicts
from a perspective of dialog and conciliation, that achieves to involve students, teachers and
administrative officers in the process, that guided by students previously qualified as
conciliators, differences are solved and agreements are generated.
In this way the experience in resolution of conflicts wraps a cognitive, physical,
communicative, ethical and aesthetic dimension, deserving this way an investigative exercise
across the systematizing, seeking to produce learning recognition from the reconstruction of
the educational strategies implemented, which tend to the construction of a social network
that get stick to the difference, the multicultural aspect and the dialog, turning into a model
for the resolution of school conflicts into different contexts.
