Resumen
This research work was carried out taking into account different studies from the section K0 + 700 to K2 + 700, information provided by the National Unit for Disaster Risk Management UNGRD, the National Infrastructure Agency ANI and the National Institute of Vías INVIAS , with statistical data of approximately 20 years, emphasizing the municipalities of Fundación and Aracataca, which reported more than 113,500 people affected by the Flood phenomenon, requiring a state investment of more than 6,700 million pesos; presenting difficulties of land, river and air mobility for emergency management.
Below, you will find a proposal for the geometric design, pavement structure and cost analysis of an airstrip in sector K0 + 700 to K2 + 700 of the Ruta Fundación - Aracataca of the Department of Magdalena according to the parameters of the ICAO; in order to propose a strategy to improve the management of emergencies in the aforementioned municipalities of the department of Magdalena, to serve the population exposed to threatening phenomena such as floods that keep the sector as a high-risk area.
The above was developed through a methodology based on four phases: analysis of the information, selection of the design section, methodology for the preparation of the design and comparison of the budget for the project according to INVIAS prices.
Among the recommendations and conclusions found, it can be seen which is the threatening phenomenon with the greatest impact in Colombia, as well as the bifunctional design of the road corridor and the landing strip, the cost-benefit analysis, the environmental impact and the estimated budget, which they were determined from the existing conditions in the road section under study.
Finally, relevant results and findings will be found, such as the scope of the fulfillment of at least three missions of the entities of the national order, the emergency management in an agile and timely manner, as well as the parameters and specifications of the pavement structure in accordance with to the international regulations established by ICAO.
