Paradigma de la Sostenibilidad: Una Propuesta para Desarrollar Estudios Patológicos de Construcciones

Abstract

This monographic research is born from the tabulation and analysis carried out on eighteen (18) degree projects in the specialization of pathologies under construction, from this analysis elements of the empirical and positivist approach were evidenced that are used implicitly you have already unconscious, but that When approached and explained, it can suggest a methodological model of development generated in this type of study. Thus, the sustainability paradigm is proposed as that model that can guide the process in this type of study. To achieve this, the general objective was: To demonstrate that the pathological study of constructions is developed from the empirical and positivist method, through a specific methodological development. Thus, to address the stated objective, a quantitative, non-experimental cross-sectional methodology was proposed, which would allow the secondary analysis of information. After this, the main conclusion was raised that all research carried out in the different disciplines is based on the scientific method, which is more evident in the structure with which the pathological study of buildings is developed, said demonstration of the scientific nature of this type of studies is demonstrated in the findings found when addressing the specific objectives of this monograph.
