Uso de la vigilancia tecnológica como herramienta para la generación de una propuesta de lineamientos o recomendaciones para la gestión de interesados en proyectos TI relacionados a tecnologías móviles en Colombia

Abstract

Mobile or fifth-generation (5G) technologies will allow the development and management of a large number of IT projects, due to digital transformation and massive interconnection of systems. However, for the development of these projects, stakeholders' involvement and management are necessary for the process's success. This study presents technological surveillance and a systematic literature review on stakeholder management, applied in IT projects in the field of Mobile or 5G technologies. Initially, the criteria for technological surveillance are established, followed by the approach and application of a search equation in 4 databases of indexed articles and 2 databases of patents. Then, the corresponding bibliometric analysis, the quality evaluation, and the generation of conclusions were carried out. The results showed 22 records that, up to date different aspects of stakeholder management, emerging mobile technologies, project methodologies, and economic sectors of application of these projects. Finally, a document is generated with some recommendations for efficient stakeholder management during the planning and execution of a project where 5G technology is involved. This analysis will allow anyone interested in the subject, research groups, universities, or Colombian companies to analyze the relevance and importance of those admitted to a project.
