Resumen
The Endodontic Microsurgery allows more conservative osteotomies and apicectomies, there is better tissue manipulation, getting as result a more predictable cicatrization and reparation, which increases the long-term success rate. This descriptive observational study shows the evolution of 15 teeth’s in 10 patients who were underwent to a Endodontic Microsurgery (ME) using bioceramics Endosequence® and Biodentine ™; The bone changes were evaluated by CBCT cone ray tomography at 3, 6, 12, 24 and 36 months. To determine the evolution of the lesion, the area and perimeter of the lesion were measured. A decrease in the hypodense zone was observed from the third month, which was maintained during the observation period. Conclusions: It was observed that 7 of the 15 teeth´s undergoing endodontic microsurgery, presented total decrease, 6 partial decrease and 2 increase in the hypodense zone in area and perimeter during the evaluation period by CBCT.
