The management of organizations seeks as a foundation to carry out effective and efficient processes that in turn produce effective results. Hence, coaching emerges as a strategy that allows transforming and empowering people's capacities in order to satisfactorily meet the business objectives of an organization, but in turn, develop in depth the qualities and capabilities of each individual. In other words, coaching is a methodology that achieves the maximum personal and professional development for people.
A search prior to this research found that companies or organizations have moved from traditional administration to managerial coaching, so it is appropriate to establish the foundation of managerial coaching as a methodology that not only allows strengthening the capacities, abilities and talents of individuals. , but also, improves the organizational development of companies.
As coaching is a practice that has been widely welcomed by local and global companies that perform successfully in today's business. This paper seeks to identify managerial coaching as a methodology that aims to enhance skills through motivational strategies that allow individuals to be leaders, entrepreneurs and business innovators.
Hence, the relevance of the leadership style of managerial coaching lies in the fact that, through it, the capacities of people are developed, which allows the effective, efficient and effective achievement of organizational processes and results.
