Resumen
The creation of business plans that contribute to sustainable development allows to encompass initiatives that contribute to the improvement of the environment and that can thereby be seen as profitable sources of income that manage to position themselves in front of the commercial sector. According to this, it is proposed to create a rabbit meat marketing company under an agro-sustainable production model in the municipality of Granada Meta that allows to solve the impacts that occur in the soil by livestock and soils without affecting human intervention.
A market study was conducted for the implementation of the project by collecting primary information through surveys that were randomly applied to identify potential consumers and secondary information was obtained from databases that had data for the distribution of the product; a competition analysis was also carried out to establish the market position. A technical study was also carried out collecting, classifying and choosing information on what would be the best options of agro-sustainable model systems that can be implemented and adapted in different types of soils for the creation of an agro-sustainable farm, as is in the case of mass production as a business model.
This system seeks to ensure the remediation of the different types of soils affected either naturally or anthropically with the component of efficient soil production and use in smaller and large proportions, thus ensuring resilience in different stages of short-, medium- and long-term remediation in soil extensions that opt for use in their fitness by reducing the impact on the aforementioned time scale. Then the organizational structure and legal requirements that are required for the creation of the company, distribution and sale of the product are consolidated; strategic planning estimates projections of sales, revenues and production egresses oriented to the profile of the entire study.
